This Green Smoothie Bowl is not just delicious but amazing for your skin. Green foods as are rich in vitamins, mineral and phytonutrients all of which help fight ageing and hydrate your skin from the inside out
You will need -
2 Handfuls spinach
1 Frozen banana
1 Handful mix berries
1/2 Avocado
1 1/2 Cups coconut water
2 Handfuls kale
Method -
Blend all ingredients, pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!

Ensuring we wear sunscreen or SPF daily can help prevent damage. But it is important to treat you skin especially in damages areas, that is where this amazing moisturizing mask can rapidly hydrate and soothe your skin.
You will need -
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons of oats
3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
Combine the ingredients and store in glass jar.
Use the mixture on your skin after a long day in the sun, or if skin is becoming dry and flaky. Leave on your skin for 15 minutes and then wash off with warm water.
